With Team Journeys we have shaped practices to fit within the daily workspace. Each journey is built with modules including workshops, daily mini-exercises and weekly summaries form a nine weeks coherent team transformation within a specific area. The journeys, two of them so far, are set up so that a moderator (a team leader) via videos on our platform together with exercises and supporting material can guide a team through the journey.

Three modules goes through three areas to set the space for, and enhance collaboration:
Module 1: The Art of Listening
– Listening as a key enabler for collaboration.
Module 2: Shape Team Aspiration
– Shape team vision about how we collaborate.
Module 3: Are We Enabling or Holding Back?
– Awareness on surrounding and interactions.
The intention with this Team Journey is to create connection, unlock team power and open for growth.

– Exploration of personal values to shape group values.
Module 2: Better Meetings
– Exploring and shaping our meetings and ceremonies.
Module 3: Organisational Fear
– Which fears can create counterproductive effects?
Our Team Journeys are mainly intended for team leaders that has participated in any of our other programs and wants to boost their or nearby teams in their organisation. But you might be ready independent of previous experiences.
